Networld Projects
The following page should give you a overview about current and past projects.
Sigimera – The Crisis Information Platform
Future House
(currently not active)
“Future House” is a project that main target is to bring intelligence to the domestic scenario. Our main effort is to build a stable, secure and scalable infrastructure that is able to collect context information and reason about it. The purpose of the system is to be integrated as intelligence backend into a complete house (or apartment). The concrete goals are not yet clear and are developed on daily base and adapted from time to time. Please feel free to contact one of our members to receive more information about the project or to receive a live demo.
MokSec
(currently not active)
MokSec is a project that main target is to improve the security on mobile devices. At the moment we have one ongoing sub-project with the name Backtracker
. The project is highly adaptive and changes with our state of knowledge. Also if there is no real finished sub-project is useful to test our ideas in a practical way.
Project current stalled through importance of other projects and switch away from the OpenMoko/Freerunner platform.
Android Development

The Android Development Project tries to bring the semantic web technology stepwise to mobile devices. The major effort is currently invested in client development for the crisis information platform Sigimera.
Maven Repository
To use our own written libraries easily with other projects we have now our own maven repository. That makes it possible to split our project into single libraries and build bigger projects not from scratch but from single pieces without a lot of effort.
Semantic Technology/AI
During our current research work we are working on and with state-of-the-art Semantic Technology. This work affects also our private projects. For example the Semantic Crawler
was created as result of a subset of the work of Alex Oberhauser
. Our team sees the Semantic Technology as good starting point to create artificial intelligence. Not necessary the current concrete implementation, but the conceptional part. Another part that was created during the work is the Scuba Dive Ontology (see next section).
Scuba Dive Ontology

The Scuba Dive Ontology was written by Alex Oberhauser
to improve his skills on the topic of Semantic Web. The other reason was that there is no such ontology around. The language is very useful to store your scuba dives in a suitable way.
Other Projects
Maybe there are other projects around that are not published by there own. You could find this projects in the posts of this blog or on the private website of our authors.
